I typically hold our first session over Zoom. I am here to listen and learn, discovering what you are wanting to work on and what you are looking for from therapy. I will be asking you a lot of questions to formulate a plan and ensure we are on the same page.

Everyone is a little different, but typically we meet weekly for the first few sessions and then some people choose to meet every other week.

Everyone is different. Some people like to work in briefer episodes of care for 8-10 sessions, while others like to work weekly during a large transition. Whatever your preference, we can come up with a customized care plan.

First session is online, and you can continue to choose to remain online if you wish. Note EMDR must be done in person.
